• We offer free international shipping on orders over $ 300 USD.
• Orders can take up to two business days to process before being shipped.
• Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
• All orders are shipped by UPS.

• All International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country, based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority.

• This is not within our control and we cannot pay these taxes in advance. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.

RETURNS
We accept returns and exchanges provided that:

• We receive the return within 14 days of your delivery date
• The item is in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
• The item is returned with original tags and packaging

REFUNDS
Please note that we do not refund shipping costs or any duties or taxes incurred.
Refunds may take up to 5 working days to reach your account, depending on your bank.
Payments will be refunded to the original payment method excluding the cost of shipping.

QUASI PURITY reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy.
Returns that fail to comply with our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address.
The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Product(s) are borne by the sender.
